Your privacy
When you send us a message, request information about AIM, apply for missionary service or place a bookstore order, we collect the information you give us — such as your name, email, phone, mailing address and message — and use it only to respond to you, fulfill your order and carry on the ministry of FBWWM. We do not sell or rent your information.
Bookstore payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach or are stored on our website. Online gifts are processed by Tithe.ly under their own privacy policy.
This site uses a single session cookie to keep your cart and forms working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Shipping
$5.00 flat-rate shipping per order; free on orders of $50.00 or more (US only). Books ship from the Home Office in Memphis, usually within 3–5 business days.
Returns
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items that are not defective may be returned within 10 days.
- We do not cover return shipping unless the product is defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please include your order number (it begins with “FB-”) with any return or exchange, and allow two weeks for processing.
- Digital downloads are delivered immediately and are not returnable. If a file won’t open, contact us and we will make it right.
