Pastors & churches
Sending a missionary from your congregation? We can handle their accounts and receipts, help with visas and documents, and help you plan a missions conference or emphasis day.
We would count it a great privilege to serve you. Here is how missionaries, pastors and supporters work with FBWWM.
FBWWM receives applicants who are sent and commissioned by an independent Baptist church and its pastor. The application is completed online — save your work and come back to it as often as you need.

Husband and wife each complete their own sections and sign. Upload any documents the application asks for.
Reference questionnaires are emailed to the people you list and to your pastor; secondary references are requested as needed.
Your pastor completes the Commissioning Paper online.
Your completed application is presented to the Board of Directors.
Candidates meet personally with the Board during the Annual Institute of Missions before final approval.
Upon acceptance you are notified in writing — and we get to work serving you.
Please read our beliefs before applying.
Tell us who you are and we’ll email you a link to begin. Your answers save as you go, and your spouse completes their own sections.

The Annual Institute of Missions trains prospective, new and veteran missionaries — and is open to any believer with a heart for missions.
